Privacy & data handling

Clear rules for your files and your privacy.

How iSmart AI measures website traffic, processes videos, protects temporary files, and gives you control over where video processing happens.

01

Anonymous website traffic

iSmart AI uses a first-party anonymous browser identifier to count unique visitors and pageviews. It is stored in an HttpOnly cookie and hashed before database storage.

We do not store

Your IP address, name, email address, full URL, referring page, or browser user-agent for traffic measurement. Query strings and URL fragments are not recorded.

02

Two video processing modes

iSmart Cloud

Your selected video and optional music are uploaded to iSmart AI servers for silence analysis and rendering.

This device

Analysis and rendering run inside your browser using your computer. Your selected media files are not uploaded to the iSmart AI processing server.

Your media files are used only to provide the requested processing service. They are not used to train AI models or for advertising.

03

Temporary file retention

In Cloud mode, uploaded files, temporary processing files, and rendered results are automatically deleted four hours after the job is created. Download your result before that period ends. Anonymous aggregate traffic totals may be retained to understand website usage over time.

04

Access and sharing

Each Cloud job uses an unguessable job identifier and a separate access token. We do not sell your files or traffic information. Files are not intentionally shared with third parties except infrastructure providers required to operate the hosting service.

05

Security, limits, and your responsibility

Use only material you have permission to process and avoid uploading highly sensitive information. Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The free Cloud pilot currently accepts videos up to 200 MB and 15 minutes.
